This page contains links to several locations and documents that list courses and course/program descriptions. The Quarterly Time Schedules are usually published one month before the start of each quarter and list for each offered course its title, instructor, meeting time, location and prerequisites and remarks. The edition available via this web site is kept as up-to-date as possible. An Annual Time Schedules is published for use by the College Students when they preregister in May for their courses for the subsequent Autumn, Winter and Spring Quarters. It is not maintained on-line once the respective quarters commence. Course descriptions are contained in the Graduate and College Catalog.
Time Schedules are distributed to students via their Deans of Students offices or departments. Administrative staff and visitors can obtain copies from the Office of the University Registrar. The Time Schedules are compiled by the Office of the University Registrar and published by the Office of Academic Publications.
College Announcements are published by the Office of College Publications and distributed by the College Dean of Students to current students, and by College Admissions to prospective students.
The Catalog is published by the Office of Academic Publications and distributed by the area Deans of Students and Admissions Offices. Copies may also be obtained by visitors at the Office of Graduate Affairs.
